DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENTS

An absolutely delightful 1920's villa, full of character, divided in two nicely furnished apartments of about 50 m2. each.
The villa has a large private garden, which on hot summer days is cool and shady. The house fronts onto a canal that joins the lagoon.
The house is only 5 minutes from the main S.Maria Elisabetta water bus stop and 13 minutes from the beach. There is free parking outside the villa.

Each of the 2 apartments is suitable for 4 persons, on request an extra bed is available.

Apartment A:
(located on the 1st. floor)

Apartment B:
(located on 2nd.floor)
- double room plus a single sofa-bed,
- twin bedroom
- bathroom with shower and washing machine
- fully equipped kitchen/dining room
- 2 small balconies

For each flat:
- use of a private part of the garden
- Cot and high chair for small children (available on request)
- 2 adult bikes (available on request)
- a mobile phone (available on request)
- barbecue possible
